The location was unbeatable and excellent - ease of access to Congress House. Further, it was near the center of the pedestrian area where all the great shops, Germany and centre of ceiling, crystal droplet standing lamp and bedside lamps. The room was well-appointed with a nice view over the town. Wi-Fi, coffee, and a TV were all available.

We had a very good stay for more 3 nights.

The location was absolutely perfect, just a short stroll away from a sublime casino. There was a pleasant restaurant, a main shopping street and a shopping street next door. Was a cosy base for weekend.

The venue is placed in a very central position right in the centre of the shops.

The room was spotless and unique with very creaky bed, a lovely bathroom, as for instance, exceptional service. Excellent and incredible location - in front of a bus station. Besides, very convenient to Kurhaus of Baden-Baden.

Air conditioned room with a good view and thermal water in the shower plus large double bed and warm breakfast to start the day. Magnificent and fantastic location to a richard Meier-designed modern art museum. Also - near to `` central park '' as well as other attractions.

During my recent stay at Heliopark, I was delighted to find a complimentary mini-bottle of white wine in my room. It was a lovely touch that made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a guest. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and air conditioning. I also had the pleasure of enjoying drinks and a cigar on the patio, which provided a fantastic atmosphere. The customer service from the young man, who was fluent in multiple languages, was exceptional. Furthermore, the breakfast offered an impressive variety of options, truly one of the best in Europe. I had a wonderful experience at Heliopark and would highly recommend it.

Location was perfect!! in the city center, close to spas yet quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly to English speaking tourists. free internet!! wonderful breakfast in a lovely, large dining room. I enjoyed every minute.

We had an amazing stay in this city. The hotel was located right in the heart of the pedestrianized city centre, making it very convenient for us to explore the town on foot. Additionally, the hotel facilities were modern and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of choices, ranging from fruits, juices, breads, jams and yogurts to eggs and sliced ham.

A wonderful breakfast with great choice and then sitting on the delightful balcony watching the world go by!

I would highly recommend this hotel as it is in a great location, the service is friendly, the rooms are beautifully decorated with antique furniture, and the buffet breakfast is just delicious. I especially liked having access to thermal bath water in my upgraded room!
